- Please make a reservation at least 2 hour in advance before your preferred time.
- It is recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes before the guided tour start time.
- The last guided tour starts at 16:00 sharp. However, visitors may continue exploring the park on their own until 17:00.
- Please arrive at the museum on time. Refunds will not be provided for missed departures due to late arrival.
