The cutlet is deep-fried at a low temperature and has a fine texture. Very tasty.
Salted grilled bear
Thinly sliced brown bear, the largest wild animal in Japan,
Sliced thinly and seasoned simply with salt. Enjoy the flavour of the brown bear.
Miso sukiyaki nabe of badger
The conger bear, known in Japan as the ‘king of wild game’, is cooked in sukiyaki style.
The fat has a low melting point and melts in your mouth.
Porridge or udon
