We will collect you from the hotel in Rio de Janeiro before heading to the district of Leblon which is home to one of the most famous Brazilian dance shows in the city. We will arrive at the theatre where the Ginga Tropical show is performed. This is a presentation of Brazil’s rich culture through its tradition of dance. Before entering the theatre, you will also enjoy a fun samba class for beginners. You will learn the basic steps of this traditional Brazilian dance so you can show off to your friends and family. During the approximately two-hour show, a large number of Brazil’s traditional dances will be performed by professional dancers for you. You will see dances from the Amazon, the Pampas, and Bahia, while listening to the lush tropical rhythms of the batucada percussion group. The traditional costumes will also fill the stage with the characteristic vibrant colors of Brazil. If you are lucky, at the end of the show the cast will invite you onto the stage to participate in the last dance which is inspired by the legendary Samba Carnival. At the end the activity, we will take you back to your hotel.
