Broaden your horizons for a lifetime of diving adventures with the SSI/PADI Open Water Phuket certification. Learn proper scuba diving techniques to breathe underwater in the most popular entry-level diving course. You'll have at least five combined pool sessions and a minimum of 4 dives at local dive sites and/or boat trip dive sites. Explore the fascinating underwater world with the supervision of one of SSS Phuket's instructors.
The Open Water Phuket course is broken down into three main phases. First, basic principles of diving theory knowledge, available on-site or via home-based online learning. Second, diving in a confined area (pool session) helps you practice the basic techniques of diving. Third, diving on-site lets you put what you've learnt to practice. Experience the amazing underwater life!

Itinerary
Day 1:
SSS Phuket Dive Center (8:00AM) Meet at SSS Phuket dive center to start the course.Pool Session
Learn the basic techniques of diving by practicing in a confined area.Theory (2:00PM)
After lunch, begin the theory segment and complete the examinations.Day 2 (Racha Yai):
Pick Up (7:30AM) Pick up from your accommodation.Chalong Pier
After having your breakfast, begin your first dive.Lunch
After enjoying a hot buffet lunch served on board, get the chance to snorkel and sunbathe around the area.Racha Yai
Continue to your second and third dives.Drop Off (4:30PM)
Drop off back at your accommodation.Day 3 (Koh Phi Phi / Racha Yai):
Pick Up (7:30AM) Pick up from your accommodation.Chalong Pier

If you have already had your first dive experience with Discover Scuba Diving or another organisation, the exercises that you have learnt can be credited to one part of your Open Water Phuket Course.
