Airport pick-up:

Pick-up time: After your flight arrives, the driver will be waiting for you at the following location from the time you booked.

Haneda Airport Terminal 1:
Go outside from Terminal 1 Arrival Lobby (1F) and look for the vehicle of the day at the stop No. 0 or No. 19. The boarding location whether it will be No. 0 or No. 19 is decided in advance and the driver will inform you by APP.

Haneda Airport Terminal 2:
Go outside from Terminal 2 Arrival Lobby (1F) and look for the vehicle of the day at the stop No. 1 or No. 18. The boarding location whether it will be No. 1 or No. 18 is decided in advance and the driver will inform you by APP.

Haneda Airport Terminal 3:
From the 2nd floor arrival lobby of Terminal 3, follow the signs for the taxi stand, take the elevator or escalator to the 1st floor taxi stand, go down to the 1st floor. Go outside and cross the taxi stand and go to the back. Please look for the corresponding vehicle on the day at the car hire stop
The vehicle information (car model, color, and license plate) will be informed in advance.

Grace period:
Driver's free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual flight arrival time. If driver has to wait after grace period has passed, JPY3,000 / 30 minutes of additional charge needs to be paid. Please pay the charge directly to the driver on-site. If your flight is delayed, please contact the driver as soon as it's possible. If there is no contact from you, the driver reserves the right to leave the place without waiting for you.

Airport drop-off:

Pick-up time:
Please look for the driver at the designated location 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time. When meeting, the driver will check the mobile phone number and guest's name provided at the time of booking. Normally, when taking international flights, it is necessary to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the departure time. The driver will contact you at least 4 hours before your flight departure time, depending on the road conditions on the day. Please allow plenty of time to prepare.

Please let us know contact information, pick-up/drop-off place, flight information, and the number of suitcases at the time of booking.

If you need child/baby seats, please let us know at the time of booking.

Please make sure to let us know the phone number and message APP (Line, WeChat, Kakao Talk, WhatsApp, etc.) that is reachable while in Japan at the time of booking.

After booking, we will arrange the driver and vehicle and inform you by the contact information you have provided that should be reachable in Japan. *Please contact the driver to reconfirm the contact method, pick-up location, and pick-up/drop-off time until the day before departure.

The late-night charge will be charged according to the time you specify the service.

This is one-way transfer. If you need round-trip transfer, please book for each transfer (two bookings in total).

JPY2,000 from the second chid/baby seat If you are traveling with children under the age of 6, please let us know the age, heights, and weight of each children in the 'Additional Information' column at the time of booking. Please pay the charge to the driver on-site directly.

Late-night charge (when the boarding time is from 9:00pm to 05:59am the next day):
Night time service hours: 9:00pm to 05:59am the next day (Late-night charge: JPY2,000, payable in cash on site)

If the number of passengers or luggages exceeds from the booking, the driver reserves the right to refuse providing the service and no refund will be provided either.

Airport drop-off:
Please start looking for your driver 5 -10 minutes before the designated pick-up time at the meeting place. The driver will wait at meeting place for 20 minutes of grace time. After the grace time has passed, if you do not show up at meeting place and we are unable to contact you on specified time, we reserve the right to leave the place.
