Bought the pass on the same day of usage without any issues.

Request cancellation as I have health issue not accepted by management. Request detail hospital report, etc etc etc. My advise to reader or next person visiting the lounge not to book unless you are 101% sure visiting or infront of the premium lounge door then order. Otherwise regulations is to kill guest not otherwise. Top management 👌 👏 🙌 👍
Very full, only 1 toilet working. Had to request a tea cup. A lot of spicy food we cannot eat Not really worth the money. Only good thing was getting a seat as no where to sit in Penang airport when busy.
