Pick-up time at your hotel will be provided on your voucher.

All water sports activities are only available for travellers aged 10–60 years old.

These are highly intense sports activities. Please consider your health condition when participating.

Parasailing activity is highly recommended to do in the morning, from 8:00AM to 12:00PM when weather is much better during this time compare to afternoon. For afternoon bookings, it is already subject to availability depends on the weather condition.

If some of the water sports in the 3-in-1 package are not available due to weather conditions, other arrangements will be made, and no refunds will be provided.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 7 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 7 days before the date of selection.

Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
