All flights are sold on a per seat basis and are subject to availability.
Flights can only operate with a minimum of 4 pax booked. If your flight does not meet the pax number requirement, you will be contact to rebook and alternative date/time.
For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding the aircraft. Individual weights in excess of 110kg may incur a surcharge. Couples with a combined weight of over 190kg may incur a surcharge. The operator will inform you the surcharge and arrangement prior to confirmation and the day of the flight
Please use the Additional Info box to advise the level of assistance required for any disabled passengers and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair so that we can accommodate their needs with ease. Please note that wheelchairs can be carried on selected aircraft only and they must be collapsible. Due to OH&S safety requirements staff are unable to lift any passengers.
All flights are subject to availability, confirmed passenger weights, weather and Air Traffic Control. In the event that we experience weather conditions such as low cloud, fog, smoke haze, strong winds or electrical storms we may be required to postpone, reschedule or cancel of the booking. Flights may still operate in overcast or light drizzle provided visibility is good.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 48 hours before date of selection. No refund or changes can be processed within 24 hours of booked flight departure.
If a passenger elects not to travel due to weather, and the helicopter flight is still operational, 100% cancellation fee will apply.

QANTAS DRIVE - Turn right at the entrance to the Domestic Airport (lights intersection) into Sir Reginald Ansett Drive. Take the furthest left lane and turn first left onto Ross Smith Avenue following the signs towards the “Blue Emu Long Term Carpark”, we are the second helicopter hangar on the right (approx 1km up the road)
EASTERN DISTRIBUTOR (SOUTH BOUND) - Use the Domestic Airport exit, Turn right at Joyce Drive and then take the first left turn (Ross Smith Avenue runs parallel to Joyce Drive). Turn left on to Ross Smith Avenue, we are the second helicopter hangar on the right (approx 300m up the road).
GENERAL HOLMES DRIVE (NORTH BOUND) - Exit from the Airport Tunnel and take the furthest left lane. Take the left turning lane onto Butler Road and then the first right onto Ross Smith Avenue, we are the third helicopter hangar on the left (approx 500m from the “Blue-Emu Long Term Carpark)
