Torres del Paine National Park
We will leave from Puerto Natales to the north, and after half an hour of travel arrive at our first stop: the Natural Monument Cueva del Milodón. We will visit the main cave of this set of three caves, where more than 100 years ago the remains of this prehistoric animal were found. We will continue to Torres del Paine National Park, enjoying the view of Laguna Sofia, Lake Porteño, the Prat Range, Cerro Mesa, Sierra del Toro and Sierra Ballena. After 2 hours of travel, we will reach the viewpoint of Lago del Toro, located on the south coast of the east. From there, we will have a spectacular view of the lake and the Paine Range (also known as Paine Massif). Then, we will take a short walk along the shore of Grey Lake, from where we will have another perspective of the Paine Massif and the Paine Horns, cloudy conditions permitting. Then we will have free time to have lunch in a cafeteria inside the park, and then head to the Salto Grande sector, where we will visit one of the viewpoints of Lake Pehoé, where the glaciers of the Paine River discharge their abundant waters. At the end of the tour, we will visit Laguna Amarga and the viewpoint of Lago Sarmiento, and then embark on our return to Puerto Natales. *Places to be visited are subject to change on the same day of the tour in case of adverse weather conditions. *The timetable for this activity may be modified due to weather conditions, so we recommend you not to buy tickets to leave Puerto Natales until after three hours of the scheduled time for return, or leave your trip for the next day after the end of the tour. *This activity includes pickup and drop off only in accommodation located within the urban area of Puerto Natales.
