The surf lesson lasts 1h30min. Firstly, we will meet on the beach, where the necessary material for the activity will be distributed (board and wetsuit). Then we will stretch and talk a little about the theory of surfing and risk prevention. Then we will go to the practical part, still out of the water. When all students are ready and confident to get in the water, we'll get down to business...surfing! At the beginning of the class I will give those who need it a little push to get into the waves, so that everyone can make the most of the course. For those who are already more advanced and have it easier, I will give tips on slightly more advanced techniques. We will be in the water for around 1 hour, which is enough for those who are just starting out. When we get out of the water, we'll do another short stretch and I'll ask questions from anyone who wants to ask something. The most important thing in surfing is not surfing well, but enjoying the moment and nature!
