Fuss free exchange at JR Osaka office, and able to reserve JR train tickets via the “green” machine rather than to do it over the counter. Was able to reserve train tickets to KIX as well! Highly recommend if you are considering to take Shinkansen to explore Hiroshima and Kansai area.

With the pass, it's easy to redeem our Shinkansen reserved tickets and allows for flexibility of our travels for unforeseen circumstances. Highly recommend if you intend to travel across cities and towns.
Just print out the voucher together with the passport, and look for JR West counter for exchange of the pass.
Once Pelago issue the pass, it’s quite fuss free. Arrived after 8pm at Kansai, most shops closed including Tourist Information Counter in the airport, just head over to JR office at the train station, they have English speaking counter to help tourist.
Easy redemption at JR Osaka train station - just go to the electronic machines with the passport reader. Saved a lot of money with Shinkansen rides included.
