- Gates open 20 minutes before each showtime.
- The floor may be slippery when wet, please exercise caution.
- For safety, guests must sit in their assigned seats as indicated on the ticket and avoid sitting or standing at the pool's edge. Children must be supervised at all times and should not stand near the pool.
- Glassware, glass bottles, pets, and smoking are not permitted in the venue.

- Adult tickets apply to ages 13 to 99.
- Child tickets apply to ages 4 to 12 or heights between 90 cm and 130 cm.
- Guests with contagious conditions are prohibited from entry or interaction with animals.
