Ski boots and ski clothing will be provided based on available stock.

※ If suitable equipment is not available on site, skiing activities may be restricted for safety reasons, or the itinerary may be adjusted by staff.

※ No compensation or refund will be provided if this results in the inability to participate in skiing or changes to the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.

• The trip may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions.
• If you need to bring a stroller or wheelchair, please let us know when you book.
• Except for the sled (D-2) option, infants (0–2 years old) travel free of charge, but no seat is provided. Please indicate the number of infants in the remarks section when booking and bring valid identification on the day of the trip.
• It is recommended that you purchase accident/travel insurance before participating in the activity, as this product does not include any insurance.
• Passengers who are not skiing or are only taking the shuttle bus will arrive at the ski clothing and equipment rental shop with the ski group and will have to wait for the skiers to change their equipment.
• Please keep your personal belongings safe. We are not responsible for any loss during the trip.
• Due to safety and equipment size issues, the skiing option is only available to children aged 7 and up.
• It is recommended to inquire about the availability of suitable children's equipment sizes before booking.
• The ski resort is quite complex, and children need to be especially careful about safety when practicing with others.
