- Hourly 11:00 am–4:00 pm in Winter and 10:00 am–6:00 pm in Summer
- All public rides depart from The Eastern Pontoon in Circular Quay
- Children must be at least 1.2m tall to ride the jet boat
- All adults must sign an Assumption of Risk form prior to boarding for themselves and minors within their care
- If we are forced to cancel a ride due to inclement weather or for any other reason we will reschedule the passengers. If this is not possible a full refund will be given
- Water-resistant clothing is provided for year-round comfort. Please wear casual clothing that you are happy to get wet
