The itinerary was well-planned and flowed smoothly – we were able to see both the dolphin show and the whale shark feeding show, and our tour guide was excellent and spoke very well. The bus seats were spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that, due to time constraints, we weren't able to visit Heart Rock.
