Activity will commence on the date/time specified during booking. In the event a change is required, please contact the provider directly in accordance with the cancellation policy.
You warrant that you are above 18 years of age and you can swim without the assistance of a floating device.
You agree that the provider takes no responsibility whatsoever if you should be injured or lose your life because of poor health or any ailment including hypertension which you may be afflicted.
You bear all risks of physical injury and loss of life during your activities with the provider and you and your companions hereby acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks of injury involved in the participation of wake surfing/wakeboarding sessions conducted by ASTERN WAVE.
You agree to allow ASTERN WAVE to take and use your image or that of your companions in any format for purposes of display, publicity and advertisement, in promotional materials and website. You understand that no names will be used in any of the above unless you give specific written permission. You understand that any intellectual property, including copyright and image rights, which arise in the visual images(s), belongs to ASTERN WAVE. This consent is effective until you revoke it in writing and provide a copy of the revocation to the provider.
In the event of inclement weather on site leading to dangerous situations, or any other cause beyond reasonable control, the provider reserves the right to postpone the activity to a later hour or another day for the sake of safety.
If the session needs to be postponed to another day and customers are no longer in Singapore, a refund of the total amount will be given.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 7 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 7 days before the date of selection.
Advanced Booking
Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
