- Some programmes require participants to hold valid dive certification and produce proof upon check-in.

Minimum age varies by programme:

- 12 years old – PADI AWARE Shark Conservation Specialty.
- 4 years old – Animal Spotlight tours, Ocean in Focus, SGO Insider Experience (exceptions for under-4s who can walk independently in certain areas).
- Participants under the minimum age will not be permitted.
- Minors must be accompanied by a paying parent/legal guardian for applicable programmes.
- Valid photo ID matching the booking name.

It was fantastic! There's a lot of things to look at, a lot of photos to be taken! One full day is required to really enjoy every single section comfortably! Definitely worth it!
