It went well. I was met at the arrival hall. Was taken seamlessly through immigration and customs. Was out in about 10 mins.

Was efficient and cost effective
Extremely useful service when the airport is packed and there are long lines at immigration. The service essentially allows passengers to use counters which are normally reserved for crew, diplomats or other special categories of travellers. I used it on a particularly busy day and cut my time queuing by an hour.
The person who met us was friendly, professional and efficient. Met us at the arrival gate, guided us through immigration and led us to their driver as we got the transport through them as well. Well worth it when we saw the massive queues. We took 20mins while the crowd looks like a 2-hour wait. We came in on a Saturday around 6pm - so weekends was not a reason to skip the fast track.
Having the same company manage your fast track and transport really helps - as we were led straight to the pick up point after immigration. They texted us on where to meet with a picture, and connected us with the driver after we arrived. Seamless!
