What You Need to Know
Tour runs from 10 AM – 1PM (Pickups start from 9:30 AM).
Local pickups only within 10km of Roche Estate (Pokolbin/Cessnock
area). Call or text and talk with us if you are outside this area
No lunch stop, so fuel up before we go! Have brunch or an early meal
before the tour.

We thank you for booking your half day wine tasting tour with us at Hunter
Valley Tours (HV Tours). You are set for a fun and informative half day
exploring the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Remember no lunch is provided with this
tour. Please have breakfast before your tour.
We need your help if your booking is within 24 hours of your tour date, could
you make sure your booking has been seen by calling 0456 737 888 and let me
know of your booked.
You will be contacted usually the night before by text or email to advise you,
your pickup time for your tour. If you do not get a text or email please call
0456737888. Sometimes we're driving/guiding a wine tour and might not send
your booking until late. The average pickup is between 9.15 to 9.59am for
shared tours.
We pickup from most reception or entrance areas of hotels/motels not
individual rooms/cabin/villas etc. If you are staying at an accommodation on a
property please know we do not drive in to collect you, you need to meet the
tour bus group at your property main entry gate. Its best to drive your car
down to the gate in case of weather or taking your purchases back.
You will receive a text/email or call with your individual est pickup time
Please ensure your pickup address is in the Pokolbin Hunter Valley area NOT a
Sydney, NSW hotel or resort.
