Shuttle rates are the same for all travelers.
Minimum of 10 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure.
This product is a same-day round-trip shuttle bus ticket.
Departures from each departure point are operated flexibly according to the number of reservations.
Vehicles depart on time. Please be careful not to be late for the departure time.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to accompany the same group of passengers boarding from different departure points.
Strollers, suitcases, wheelchairs, etc. can be loaded onto bus vehicles as long as they are collapsible. In case of non-standard equipment, please check in advance.
Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day of operation.
Refunds are not available for late departures, no-shows, or partial boarding.
If the number of reserved people is less than 10 at all departure locations, the reservation for that day may be canceled.
We do not support changing the return date due to local accommodation.
