Quick/efficient service overall. Ordered in advance on the website, directions to the stall was very clear. Kiosk was easy to spot. The staff at desk were very quick too - they take your phone and set up everything in a manner of minutes, leaving you all set to go!
This was an easy and hassle free process. The counter was easy to spot. They took 5-10 mins at the airport to activate it on my phone. The network coverage was superb, I used it in Bali and Lombok. Even got coverage in the middle of the ferry rides.
An activation process was so easy. Shop staff at the airport did everything for me. They were so efficient and it took only 5min to get it ready. I will definitely use this service again if I can come back to Bali.
