We provide airport pickup service 24 hours a day, so please make sure to inform us of your flight number. We will be at the airport to pick you up according to the actual arrival time of your flight. After collecting your luggage, before taking you to the hotel for check-in, we will guide you through the supermarket and restaurants, showing you how to walk there. Following this, we'll take you to the Visitor Centre to receive a complimentary Yellowknife souvenir and a certificate . Next, we'll head to the entrance of the Ice Road (accessible in winter) where you can experience driving on ice over a meter thick. In March, we make a stop at the Ice Castle. The tour continues with a drive through the Old Town and the First Nations Reserve, offering a glimpse into the city's history. Finally, we'll reach the Pilot's Monument, the highest point in Yellowknife, providing a panoramic view of the entire city. At the foot of the hill, you'll find the renowned Bullock restaurant and the most affordable Canadian Goose shop. For flights departing between 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM: If you require an airport transfer, please inform us of your flight details in advance. The guide will notify you of the pick-up time, and you can wait in the hotel lobby for your transfer. You may also choose to go to the airport on your own. If you are staying at a homestay and pick-up is not allowed at your location, we recommend waiting at a nearby hotel where we can pick you up.
