【Important】 If your documents are incomplete, we regret to inform you that we
will be unable to provide the rental vehicle. In such cases, the fees already
paid cannot be refunded. Please ensure that you have all the necessary
documents ready before your departure.

- 50,000 JPY compensation fee will be charged if the vehicle is not drivable
