We will start with a very short trekking along the cliffs of Cascais. When we arrive at the climbing routes, warm and in a good mood, we will give you the basic climbing instructions, put on your equipment and start the exciting adventure of climbing limestone by the sea. We have routes available for all ages, fitness levels and experience. The view over the ocean, the sound of the waves and the sun are extremely relaxing between the climbs. If the group is larger than 3 people we will provide extra guides. We use a ratio of 1 guide / 3 participants. We can offer this experience any day of the week, but on weekends the climbing area can get crowded.
