Finca Can Sales
Exclusive gastronomic experiences created by a chef and a wine expert in the beautiful frame of a traditional Mallorquin Finca. Four wines and four dishes. Every experience is unique, but they are based on this simple formula. Once the theme is chosen, each time different, Michela creates original dishes especially for each experience. Working together, Michela and Tony search for the best pairing, the ideal wine for that dish or the perfect dish for this wine and share all the details with the guests. During the booking process, you will be able to chose yor menu between 6 different experiences. On arrival, you will be welcome with an original cocktail and you'll have time to settle, then the food and wine experience will start. Under the porch or in the dining room with chimney if it's cold, Tony and Michela will serve the food and wine, talking you through the detailed of the pairing, explaining why they chose that dish and that wine and stimulating a nice conversation with the guest. Once you book you will be able to chose between different thematic menus.
