Requirements
- The driver information and vehicle license plate number will be sent between 6:00 PM on the day before and 2 hours before the scheduled time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp / Line / WeChat).
- Vehicle Information:
5-seater Toyota Crown or equivalent class: When there are 4 passengers, up to 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage can be accommodated.
7-seater Toyota Alphard or equivalent class: When child seats are not used, up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 pieces of standard luggage can be accommodated. It can also accommodate 4 passengers and up to 4 pieces of standard-size luggage.
9-seater Toyota HiAce or equivalent class: When child seats are not used, up to 9 passengers (including children) + 7 pieces of standard luggage can be accommodated. It can also accommodate 6 passengers and up to 10 pieces of standard-size luggage. - Baggage Details: Standard baggage size is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm. Oversized baggage will count as 2 pieces. You will be responsible for any missed boarding costs if the maximum number of passengers or permitted baggage allowance is exceeded.
- For reservations between 22:00 and 5:45 the following day, a late-night / early-morning surcharge of 2,500 yen will be added. The additional fee can be paid directly to the driver in cash.
Other Information
- The driver will wait free of charge for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the actual arrival time. If you make a reservation by selecting a pickup time, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the waiting time is exceeded, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply (any service of less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour). The additional fee can be paid directly to the driver in cash.
