Our coordinators will be identifiable by their “Italy with family” t-shirts. The tour reservations have strict timing. Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. Latecomers won't be waited for and no refunds will be granted.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with walking disabilities
