I booked this service to pick me up from the airport at 4 pm (my flight landed at 3:30 pm). At 3:52 pm the driver contacted me saying that he was just heading to the airport and most likely be late for 1 hour!! That I should contact the company and arrange another car. I needed to use other transportation service. And even worse! I contacted Pelagos asking for a refund! And one week later they are still telling me that they first need to speak with the supplier. Both of them, really terrible!

Avoid! Very poor experience with service provider (a Chinese travel provider) communication. Voucher did not have a local provider number and I was only contacted by the local provider while already on the plane. I messaged just before landing to ask for driver details and was told that I would be provided details after collecting luggage. After collecting the luggage, I still had not received any details on who my driver was and where to go. And, the agent was uncontactable and did not answer any calls. I was waiting for 15 minutes for any sort of instruction and almost left in an Uber. It turns out the agent further outsourced to another freelance driver. Driver is Chinese and does not speak English. Ride was fine.
