The emergence of Kyo-ryori KAJI has shattered the common perception that
Kaiseki cuisine is inaccessible and expensive. Here, you can enjoy a high-
value Kaiseki set menu at an affordable price. As a Michelin-recommended
restaurant, the quality of Kyo-ryori KAJI is unquestionable. Chef Kenji Kaji
brings 46 years of culinary experience to the table. Beyond traditional
Kaiseki, the restaurant is also highly skilled in hot pot dishes. From sea
bream hot pot in spring and conger eel in summer to yellowtail in autumn and
blowfish in winter, no matter when you visit, you will experience a sensory
delight brought by fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant offers 10
counter seats and several private rooms to suit different needs. The authentic
Japanese-style interior is simple yet elegant, and the first floor features an
