skydive experience with Skydive Australia Newcastle!
Your jump starts in a small plane, which takes roughly twenty minutes to reach
an altitude of around 15,000 feet. Follow a professional skydive instructor
who'll guide you through your awesome 60-second free fall, reaching speeds of
more than 200 kph. Experience an unforgettable 360-degree view of Newcastle
City, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley, and the coastline. Finally, let your
heart rate settle during a 5- to 7-minute descent, floating under a parachute.

- By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years of age, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing prior to the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed prior to skydivingTravellers weighing over 110 kg are not permitted to participate
- This activity is not available for guests 110 kg and over. A surcharge will apply for participants 94 kg and over; instructors will evaluate weather and safety conditions before the activity
- Travellers under any medication should consult with a doctor first before booking
- Skydiving duration is dependent on weather conditions
- In the event of inclement weather, the schedule may be delayed by a full day
- Participants are recommended to make flexible arrangements for any activities after the experience
- In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact KKday customer service to reschedule
- Please wear comfortable clothing and fully enclosed shoes; avoid high heels and hiking boots
- Jumpsuits are provided on-site; wool clothing and gloves are provided in winter as well (availability dependent on on-site conditions)
