However, it is important to note that the Blue Grotto is not accessible every day due to rough sea conditions. In addition, the waiting lines to enter can often be extremely long. Sometimes, waiting up to two hours to get inside is simply not worth it — trust us.
If the Blue Grotto is closed or the waiting time is excessively long, we provide an alternative at no extra cost. Guests can choose to use the ticket for the chairlift ride to Mount Solaro, or enjoy a full boat tour around the island without entering the Blue Grotto.

First stop is the lovely village of Anacapri. Follow your guide on a walk along Via San Michele to the village’s most significant site and one of Capri’s most-visited attractions, the Villa San Michele(€8 p person). home of the famous Swedish doctor Axel Munthe. Also In Anacapri time will be offered so to take a chairlift to Mt Solaro ( €12) or to dedicate to leisurely activities , your guide will provide all the information to use your free time in the best way. In the afternoon we will go to visit Capri town with a walking tour of Capri town and an optional visit to the Gardens of Augustus. We will be happy to give you recommendations and directions to get the best from the leisure portion .Time to the Blue Grotto if you desire Back to Naples on time !!!!!!!
