- Not recommended for guests with mobility limitations
- Guests requiring step-free access should book the Mobility Access Tour instead
- Concessions available for Australian seniors, pensioners, and full-time students aged 16+
- Maximum 11 people per booking, up to 35 participants per tour
- Children under 5 are free of charge
- Child ticket required for children 5–15 years old
- All children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Flat, comfortable walking shoes
- E-voucher for check-in
- Minimal baggage (bags larger than A4 will be cloaked)
- Not wheelchair-accessible for standard tour due to stair access

- Prams/buggies are not allowed on the tour
- Confirmation will be sent within 72 hours of booking.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before your selected activity date. No refunds can be issued if cancelled less than 2 days before your selected activity date.
Present your e-ticket at the Welcome Centre check-in counter on the Lower Concourse.
