Your tickets can be collected from our Christchurch Attractions office in
Cathedral Junction from 9am or from any of our attractions: please show our
staff a copy of this booking confirmation to receive your tickets.

The Tram operates from 9:50am until 5pm daily with the last tram departing
from Cathedral Junction one hour prior to closing. Tram tickets are valid for
hop-on hop-off travel on the trams for one calendar day – jump on board at any
of our 18 stops.

The Gondola is located at 10 Bridle Path Road and operates from 10am to 4pm
daily. The Gondola is a 15-minute drive or 25-minute public bus ride from the
city centre. Please note we will be completing the upgrade to the internal
lift at the gondola Monday 14th July ** – Friday 19th September 2025.
If guests are unable to use the stairs there will be no way to provide access
to the remainder of the building including the café, observation deck or the
Discovery Ride. We apologise for any inconvenience caused over this time.**

Punting on the Avon operates from 9am until 5pm in summer and from 10am until
4pm daily in winter at our Antigua Boat Sheds site. Bookings are essential
for this attraction: please call +64 3 366 0337 with details of what date and
time you would like to book for along with your reference number listed above.
Please ensure you arrive at the correct location for your punting experience,
and please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking time to check in and
undergo a safety briefing. Punts depart promptly at the scheduled time, and
guests who do not arrive in time for their booked departure will not receive a
refund.
