Considered on of the most impressive building in Piacenza and the northern italian area, this palace was built in the 14th century and extended during the 1500’s. It’s located on the banks of the River Po and it has towers for over 5 floors and tons of windows. On the inside, you will get to see an archaeological museum with the “Piacenza Liver” (a bronze liver with inscriptions), plus a fantastic gallery containing works from the 16th. and 17th. centuries.
