We will start our day in a mountain village, where we will discover its habits, traditions and how its inhabitants sought a balance between sustainability and the Nature that surrounds them. After an invigorating coffee, we will continue to discover the National Park by visiting a waterfall and lagoons, where we can take a wonderful and relaxed swim in the crystal clear waters. The end of the morning will be spent at two important viewpoints: one showing the typical rural landscape of the region; the other will open a window to the Park's mountain range, which will be explained. Lunch will be in a well-known local restaurant, where you will find genuine Minho cuisine. In the afternoon, I will show and explain how the presence of the Roman Empire in this area occurred and how one of the valleys located in the Park has so much history to reveal. In the late afternoon under a peaceful sunset, you will be presented with a tasting of the typical delicacies of the region at a local producer.
