- Eligibility: Adults ages 18 years old and above; not available to pregnant travelers
- All packages are not available for accompanying travelers

Avoid wearing expensive jewelry during the treatment. It is suggested to keep all belongings in the personal locker for safety purposes and to avoid losing items
Children ages 0–12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Please arrive at the massage parlor at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time
All masseurs are assigned randomly. If you have a gender preference for your masseur, please notify in the Remark section when booking. The arrangement is still subject to on-site availability
Female and male travelers are separated during the massage service. Please notify in the Remark section if a private room for 2 people is needed. A surcharge of RM50 will apply and will be paid in cash to staff on-site
