- Reservations made between 10:00 PM and 5:45 AM the next day incur an additional late-night/early-morning fee of JPY 2,500. Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
- For airport arrivals, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes after your actual arrival time at no additional charge.
- If you book using a selected pickup time, the free waiting period is 30 minutes. If the free waiting period is exceeded, an additional JPY 5,000 per hour applies. Any period of less than 1 hour is charged as 1 full hour.
- Most drivers can communicate in basic English. For other languages, drivers may use translation tools to communicate with customers.

Child Policy
- Children are included in the vehicle's total passenger capacity.
- Vehicle passenger and luggage capacities differ when child seats are used.
- Booster seats are available free of charge for children aged 3 and above. One additional booster seat can be arranged for JPY 2,000. Customers who require a booster seat or have other special requests should contact the provider in advance after booking using the contact methods provided above.

Booking Confirmation
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- Reservations must be made by 12:00 PM, 1 day before the participation date.
- The service can be reserved for dates within the available period of 6 months.
- Driver details and the vehicle plate number will be sent between 6:00 PM on the day before the service and 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 1 day before the activity date.
- If customers need to change their pickup or drop-off location, they may cancel their existing booking and make a new booking within the free cancellation period. Changes cannot be accepted after the cancellation deadline.
Voucher Use
- The voucher is valid only for the participation date specified.
- Keep your booking confirmation available for the transfer.
