We will start from the Marina of Vietri, and will will paddle along the majestic Amalfi coast to Cetara, with splendid view of the coastline, cliffs and marine caves. We will pause at the beach of the fishing village of Cetara, where you can swim, snorkel (equipment not included), sunbathe or have lunch in one of the charming and delicious local restaurants at the port. Cetara is known for its world famous Colatura di Alici, a derivative of the ancient Roman garum. Upon returning to Vietri we will take the majestic trail through the canyon above the Marina of Vietri, and then have stop by a local farmer, who produces his legendary sorbets from his own fruits riping in the hills above the sea on best volcanic soil. Lemons, figs, grapes, strawberries and almonds, Then we take the way to the village of Dragonea on the hilltop above Vietri, and from the we take the breathtaking coastal hiking trail on the mountain tops along the Amalfi coast. We will arrive in Albori, officially ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It is possible to stop at a local tavern (excluded) for refreshments before descent.
