We will meet at Al ras metro station and will start our journey of culinary experience along with the historic stories of my city.
We will first head towards Deira to understand the evolution of the city of how Dubai started as a fishing and trading village and their alimentary habits. we will have our first tasting here where you get to taste our famous Arabic crepe and some exciting dips like Hummus.

Furthermore, we will have a short walk through the gold and spice souks to get you acquainted with our historic souks culture and how souks formed and its sustainability in today's e-commerce world.

While we are are the spice market I will be giving you an overview of the medicinal aspects of spices. Don't forget we were Bedouins few hundreds of years ago and never had a speciality hospital until the 1960S. So how the spices played as medicines and their medicinal value in cooking will help you out ..
We will cross the souks via an ABRA to Bur Dubai to explore some hidden places like textile souks and al fahidi area to taste few more delicacies like shawarma, mutable, tabbouleh, camel meat, and some more extra snacks. So overall it will be a historic walk with food.
