For airport pickup services, the free waiting time is 90 minutes after flight
landing. For airport drop-off services, the free waiting time is 30 minutes
after your designated pickup/drop-off time. If the free waiting time is
exceeded, the customer can pay an overtime fee of 3000 yen for 30 minutes,
provided that the driver's subsequent orders are not affected. If the driver
is unable to contact the customer after 30 minutes, the driver has the right
to leave without refund.

Additional pick-up and drop-off location fees: If you need to add pick-up and
drop-off locations, an additional fee will be charged starting from the second
address. The fee is calculated based on the distance from the first address,
at ¥500 per kilometer.
