Easy to redeem. Need to create account and log in for the QR code and seat reservation. Don’t follow the guide on YouTube anymore there is no machine to dispense tickets at Kansai airport. Simply use your phone and scan at the gantry. Please note that the QR is live so don’t screenshot for other family members, else will have problem when exiting station.
