Electronic tickets can only be used in an online environment. Please confirm in advance whether your mobile device can access the Internet normally.
If multiple tickets are purchased at one time, they cannot be used separately. Once used, all tickets will be used at the same time. If you want to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them in installments.
When boarding the bus, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, click on the e-ticket link received after booking, show the e-ticket to the driver and press the use button.
Please note: Photo screenshots or printed paper tickets cannot be used.
In order to prevent others from using it illegally, when you open the e-ticket again under a different environment than when you first opened the e-ticket, the system will ask you to use the OTP dynamic password for verification.
Please note: Once the OTP is verified, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your email address when verifying.
