I was able to get in at a discounted price by using a campaign offer. If you prefer fewer crowds, I recommend entering on a weekday evening around 6:00–7:00 PM. This location in Toyosu, teamLab Planets, felt more like an immersive, hands-on experience. On the other hand, teamLab Borderless in Azabudai felt more like a traditional exhibition. If you have small children, I think the immersive Toyosu location would be more enjoyable for them.
