Had a great trip at Ha Long Bay, it was full of people just like any end of year holidays anywhere! Ken our tour guide was very helpful in sharing what’s what around! Would recommend this however remember to bring warm clothing if coming in december, it can be cold! 17-14 degrees

It's a great destination an tour company
It went ok but a bit rush. I was supposed to be picked up at pearl suites hotel but the hotel doesnt exist. Its very confusing as you have emailed another pick up point which is at 162 address something. I have contacted the tour operator here via whatsapp and he was rude instead of being apologetic. I was never contacted except for the automatic email of the instruction which is very confusing. There is no option to provide my whatsapp number. It brought a lot stress instead of a relaxing tour. Will never recommend this tour to anyone
