Must Know
- Manual confirmation within 24 hours after booking.
- Download and register the AIRSIM ROAM App upon receipt of your SIM card.
- Select and purchase your Japan data package via the app before travel (or up to 4 months in advance).
- Data usage is calculated from Singapore time (GMT+8), 00:00–23:59 daily.
- 24/48-hour data packages run continuously from activation without pro-rata adjustment.
- When using fixed GB plans, once data is used up, you can purchase a new plan instantly via the app.
- To activate a new plan, go to “Valid Package” → “Use New Package,” then dial 00001 (the call will fail normally) to trigger activation.
