This is our first time making private transfer from Tokyo to Narita Airport. We booked 10 seater vehicle for our group of six with 8 pieces of luggage. The vehicle was comfortable. We were able to make changes to our pickup (due to typhoon Jangmi) via WhatsApp and the driver accommodated the change. Driver was punctual and helped with our luggage. Great service

I had a great experience overall. The booking allows you to provide details like child seat requirement, number of carryon and checked-in luggage etc that matter a lot during onboarding. Pre trip coordination with company and driver was done through WhatsApp. On the day of the trip, the driver arrived 20 mins early and coordinated everything smoothly using WhatsApp.
