Our first destination is the famous Mutianyu Great Wall, which is one of the best-preserved and most beautiful sections of the Great Wall near Beijing. This part of the Wall is less crowded compared to other sections and boasts stunning scenery all year round. Our tour includes round-trip cable car rides to the Wall. This palace was built 600 years ago during the Ming Dynasty and served as the residence for the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties. With over 8400 rooms, it is the largest palace in the world. The front area of the palace contains three grand halls used for the emperor's work, while the back area was used for the emperor and his concubines' residence. After the visit to the Forbidden City, we will head to a local popular restaurant located in an old courtyard for lunch. This restaurant is famous for its Peking roast duck. The wall measures 12-14 meters wide on the top and 15-18 meters wide at the bottom, with a height of 12 meters.
