Starting from your hotel we head to “Potamies” an Authentic Cretan village.There we will make our first stop, in a traditional mitato where we will meet a local shepherd with his family. We will see how the cheese is made after first milking the milk from the goats and then we will learn how the flour is made in the traditional herromily. Those who wish can taste from the traditional products of the shepherd, such as cheese, raki and oil.

Wandering among the gardens of the village with the fresh fruits and vegetables of the season and the aromas we will reach the dam of Aposelemis, the largest water supply project in Crete.
