• Unless the Macao SAR public departments are closed or the museum is forced to close due to force majeure (including unforeseen internal technical failures or unavoidable natural or man-made disasters), tickets for the Macao Grand Prix Museum sold in any form are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be rescheduled.
• The ticket includes access to various multimedia interactive facilities and games within the Macao Grand Prix Museum. Each facility and experience is limited to one participation per person. No refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling will be provided if facilities or games are unavailable due to technical faults or other factors.
• Before visiting, please read and comply with the 'Visitor Guidelines' of the Macao Grand Prix Museum and follow the instructions of on-site staff, especially regarding crowd control measures.
• Visitors must have one ticket per person to enter. Each ticket allows for only one entry and exit on the day of the visit. The last admission time is 17:30.
• Pets (except guide dogs), dangerous goods, liquids, or beverages are strictly prohibited inside the museum. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated or improperly dressed individuals.
• Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult to enter the museum.
• Large items and luggage are not permitted inside the museum. Please keep your valuables with you; the museum is not responsible for any loss.
• Staff reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the museum if they exhibit abnormal behavior or cause a disturbance to others.
• In case of discomfort, accidents, or emergencies, please notify the staff immediately for assistance.
• Promotional sales activities and the distribution or posting of promotional materials are prohibited within the museum without prior approval.
• Please do not use flash photography, selfie sticks, or tripods for photos or videos inside the museum. Commercial or non-visit-related filming is prohibited without prior approval.
• Please keep the venue clean. Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in all public areas of the museum.
• Do not deface or damage exhibits, installations, walls, or facilities. Any man-made damage will be subject to compensation at cost, and the museum reserves the right to pursue legal action.
• Please do not shout or run inside the museum. Do not walk against the flow or run on escalators to avoid accidents.
• Visitors should refer to the instructions and rules for multimedia interactive facilities and games, and operate them under the guidance of staff.
• Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnant women, persons with disabilities, those aged 65 and over, and children under 12 should carefully choose interactive facilities and games suitable for them.
• Please maintain order and follow the instructions of on-site staff. When the number of visitors approaches capacity, or in the event of emergencies or special activities, the museum will implement crowd control or partial closure measures. Visitors must cooperate and follow staff arrangements.
• For student groups, accompanying teachers are responsible for providing safety guidance to students before entry to help maintain exhibit safety and order.
• The museum reserves the right to close in emergencies or when a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or higher is expected, for safety or other reasons. Visitors must follow staff instructions to exit.
• For security reasons, CCTV cameras are installed throughout the museum for 24-hour recording.
• Please observe and comply with the above rules; otherwise, staff reserve the right to ask the relevant individuals to leave the museum.
• For safety reasons, some game experiences have age, height, and weight restrictions. Flat, fully enclosed shoes are required; high heels are prohibited.
