We had an incredible experience with Gizem as our guide. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the tour, she took excellent care of us — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Her explanations were clear, detailed, and engaging, especially at key landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. She patiently guided us through the crowds and made sure we didn’t miss any important details, both historical and cultural. We felt very safe, well-informed, and truly enjoyed every moment of the experience thanks to her professionalism and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend Gizem to anyone looking for a memorable and insightful tour in Istanbul!
